COYOTE FRIENDS

Coyote Friends Feast is a family-style dinner series that celebrates the beauty of the natural world and the power of community. Each dinner features a long table gathering, fresh seasonal fare, and a unique experience curated by Meagan Reed of Highland Fields and Kelly Cuadra of vivavoce. The Coyote Friends menus are planned with the location and season in mind, so the flavors are harmonious with the sights and sounds around you.

We thoughtfully choose a different chef for each dinner who is inspired by the location and wants to help you immerse yourself in it. Just as important as enjoying amazing food is the experience while doing so. We look to create a dinner that leaves you feeling more connected to the natural world and those around you.

Much akin to the playful, intelligent, and adaptable nature of coyotes, Coyote Friends Feast emerged as a testament to the human spirit's ability to thrive in diverse environments, forging everlasting bonds amidst a multitude of habitats. We believe that Coyote Friends Feast is more than just a meal. It’s an opportunity to connect with nature, with each other, and with the food we eat. We hope you’ll join us for a feast that you’ll never forget.

Meet Mia of Sosta House

Mia started her journey as a chef at a young age here in the Willamette Valley before moving to New York where she worked under internationally recognized chefs and received many notable mentions. Mia returned home to Oregon for a chance to reconnect with the land and focus on small-scale, thoughtful cooking. Mia cooks seasonally informed food, guided by French technique, Italian tradition and Willamette Valley produce, best enjoyed alongside beautiful wines. We encourage you to read much more about her and her project the Sosta House that she has recently completed with her brother Nico Ponzi Hamacher.
