Get Hitched at Highland Fields
A rustic and distinguished venue for those who love the outdoors and unique settings. A Wedding at Highland Fields means getting the opportunity to make your special day exactly what you want. We encourage our clients to use the space in ways that are creative and speak to their vision. We offer multiple beautiful zones for hosting your friends and family including a renovated barn, apple orchard and large field. We can accommodate small intimate ceremonies as well as larger celebrations up to 100 guests.
The Farm
A 20 acre farm with an apple orchard, horses, yurt and 10 acres of timber + trails. We also have a pond with a dock and a large fire pit that overlooks it all.
The Venue
The barn is renovated with a clean and bright look. Pine wood paneling and white linen curtains as a backdrop and a wide open space to set up for a reception, ceremony and or bar + dance floor. Along with the barn, you will have access to the apple orchard which is directly in front of the barn. The orchard has a clearing in the center which is also perfect for any of the above mentioned festivities. There is also a large field outside of the orchard for larger groups and tenting. All three of these spaces come with a rental.

We aim to make people feel empowered to use the space as it suits them. This means no preferred vendors list and no strict setup rules like no; staking, stages or food carts. We encourage you to tell us exactly what your vision is and we’ll do our best to accommodate and facilitate. Lastly, we offer packages for all! Whether you have a Wedding Planner and have everything covered or you need our assistance. We even offer Day Of Coordination Services to ensure your day goes oh so smooth. We will work with any level of help you require and assist you in picking a package (or build a custom one)that has you paying for only exactly what you require. We got you covered!

Onsite Day-of Coordination Services available upon request for $500 (Up to 50 guests) and $1,000 (Up to 100 guests).
No vendor restrictions. If we are assisting with your rentals, we have some great recommendations for vendors!
We pride ourselves on offering the lowest rates in the area for this type of venue. We are able to do this by allowing couples to add on amenities instead of automatically charging for them. This means you are never paying for something you don’t need or a version of something you don’t prefer.
Table + Chair rentals will be facilitated for you with all packages except the Elopement and Simple Package. We want you to choose the rentals you’d like for your special day and because of this, we do not include rentals in our package rates as the options are many and vary in price! Let’s rent you exactly what you want!
All packages include 3 zones for setup; Renovated Pole Barn, Apple Orchard Strung W/Lights & Our Large Field.
We supply one small room in the venue for Bride + their Bridal party to get ready and one yurt for Groom + Groomsmen.
We require all events beyond 25 guests bring in restrooms for their event. We have great vendors for luxury restrooms as well as classic outhouses.
Complimentary on-site graveled parking lot for up to 50 cars.
The venue has a kitchenette equipped with an industrial sink, prep area, refrigerator/freezer unit and top loading freezer.
Private pond + field for yard games, food truck catering, etc.
Use of large Fire Pit overlooking pond (in compliance with safe burn restrictions).
We allow guests to haul their horse/horses in for an additional fee!
Six minutes to downtown Forest Grove, 40 minutes to downtown Portland, Newberg or McMinnville.
Additional guests can be added to any package (except Elopement package) for an additional $30/person.
Off Season Dates Nov 2022 - March 2023 offered at 20% discount (we are closed December - January every year).

The Highland Package
Ceremony & Reception up to 100 guests
This is our most inclusive package and includes us finding you the perfect vendor for all your rentals for everything you envision for your special day. Need your horse to be there on your special day? Ask about a haul in fee!
10 Hour Rental (10pm cut-off)

The Simple Package
Ceremony & Reception up to 100 guests
This package is for those of you that have a wedding planner and you need no assistance with vendor referrals and help with rentals. You are looking to rent the space and have everything else under control including but not limited to facilitating and receiving all drop-offs and pick-ups before and after the event during your reserved block!
10 Hour Rental (10pm cut-off)
Monday - Thursday: $3,000.00
Friday - Sunday: $3,500.00
The Intimate Package
Ceremony & Reception up to 50 guests
Same as Highland Package but for a smaller gathering.

The Elopment Package
Ceremony & Reception up to 25 guests
You won’t see this package at most any other venue! We offer this for the DIYer who’s special day includes a small gathering of close friends and family.
